We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Architect with Health and Safety Module (Railroad Domain) Consultant to join a project in a 100% Remote role in Mexico or Canada, with an estimated duration of 6+ months.

Position Title: ServiceNow Architect with Health and Safety Module (Railroad Domain)

Location: Remote in Mexico and or Canada

Duration: 6+ months

Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for candidates with:

Must-Have Requirements:

• Domain Experience:
• Railroad industry
• Health and Safety domain
• Technical Expertise:
• ServiceNow Health and Safety module
• REST APIs
• Integration tools: MID Server, Integration Hub
• CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
• CSDM (Common Service Data Model)

Good to Have:

• Data analytics experience (e.g., Tableau)
• Experience with ITOM modules: Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, components, and modules
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs
• Expert in integration techniques (REST, SOAP, JDBC)
• Ability to design and implement complex system integrations
