Johnson Controls seeks a senior ServiceNow Platform Owner & Chief Architect to lead the enterprise platform strategy, governance, and modernization across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and related modules.

This role is the primary technical authority, defining architecture standards, governance models, and scalable, secure solutions while partnering with process owners to translate priorities into durable platform capabilities. Global teams will be led or governed to deliver strategic outcomes.

Formación

• 10+ years of ServiceNow experience with progressive responsibilities across architecture, engineering, and platform leadership.
• 5+ years managing large ServiceNow technical organizations.
• Proven experience in designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow architectures and complex integration ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

• Own the enterprise ServiceNow platform roadmap, technical strategy, and multi-year modernization plan.
• Serve as the chief architect for the ServiceNow ecosystem, establishing architectural standards and governance models.
• Lead platform architecture decisions across modules, integrations, workflows, and custom applications.
• Define platform standards for scalability, performance, security, and compliance.
• Govern platform upgrades, releases, patching strategies, testing methodologies, and deployment controls.
• Lead technical debt reduction and upgrade readiness initiatives.
• Partner with process/product owners to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
