DYOPATH LLC in Mexico is seeking a Service Desk Level 1 Analyst to join a fast-paced IT support team. You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and networks while delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll log interactions in the ticketing system, follow up with users, and pursue training and certifications to grow your IT career in a collaborative remote environment. Pay rate is 14,000 MXN monthly.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Professional certifications (or working toward): HDI-SCA, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, software, and networks.
• Log all interactions in the ticketing system and escalate when needed.
• Deliver timely, accurate resolutions while providing excellent customer service.
• Follow up with users to confirm satisfaction.
