PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking a Senior Associate to lead Workday Time Tracking and Absence initiatives within our Digital Core Modernisation practice. You will analyze client needs, implement Workday solutions, train users, and support effective adoption across industries and geographies.

In this role, you will build client relationships, mentor colleagues, and help teams navigate ambiguity while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of Workday product experience.
• Current pursuit of or an actual Workday Pro certification.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze client needs to implement Workday software solutions effectively.
• Provide comprehensive training and support for Workday applications.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.
• Utilize analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights.
• Develop training materials to enhance client understanding and application of Workday solutions.
• Manage and inspire team members to deliver quality client service engagements.
• Navigate complex situations to build meaningful client relationships and anticipate needs.
• Uphold professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines.
• Leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate innovative solutions.
• Interpret data to provide actionable recommendations for client projects.
