Workday Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V. is seeking a Sr Functional Consultant to act as a trusted Workday advisor, guiding customers through configuration, issues, and demonstrations. You will deliver focused consulting, create presentations, and enable customers to adopt Workday features across projects.

The role emphasizes solution demonstrations, stakeholder communication, and ongoing product expertise, with occasional travel to support deployments and adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a functional consulting, implementation, or customer-facing advisory role within HCM, Compensation, or enterprise software systems (Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards).
• 2+ years of software consulting experience.

Responsabilités

• Act as a trusted Workday advisor, assist customers with how-to questions and troubleshoot configuration.
• Deliver small scope consulting, provide configuration guidance and demonstrations.
• Communicate responses clearly and create customer presentations on Workday features.
• Travel up to 10% to meet with customers and deliver sessions.
