Job summary

PwC México is seeking an experienced Workday Integration Specialist to join our Acceleration Center in Mexico. You will analyze integration needs, design and test Workday connections, and guide junior engineers through technical tasks.

Qualifications

At least a Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 4 years of Workday experience.
English proficiency (oral and written) required.
Workday Pro Integrations/Studio/Orchestrate certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze client integration requirements across Workday applications and translate into designs.
Design, configure, and test Workday integrations using established tools and approaches.
Develop interface specifications, data mappings and integration documentation.
Troubleshoot integration issues, review error logs, and perform root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to align solutions with business needs.
Support deployment, cutover planning and post go-live stabilization.
Review deliverables from junior team members and guide technical tasks.
Interpret data and feedback to identify risks and improve performance.
