PwC Mexico invites you to join our Acceleration Center as a Workday Integrations - Senior Associate. You will work with global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services to deliver Workday integration solutions and drive client value.

In this role you will analyze client needs, design and test integrations, and mentor junior members while expanding your own technical and business context. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of Workday product experience.
• Fluency in English, oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and translate to Workday integration requirements.
• Design, configure, and test Workday integrations across streams.
• Support implementation: data mapping, interface validation, defect resolution.
• Interpret complex processes to identify integration risks and delivery issues.
• Develop technical documentation, diagrams, deployment materials.
• Coordinate tasks across application, data, and infrastructure teams.
• Review junior work and guide on methods and detail; build client relationships.
