Job summary

Brown-Forman is seeking a Senior People Systems Specialist to join the People Technology team. You will serve as a Workday expert and partner with global HR to design, implement, and maintain integrations.

You will lead projects, support advanced reporting, and ensure smooth payroll cycles, while collaborating with Total Rewards, HR Operations, Analytics, Payroll, and external vendors. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• 18+ months of hands-on Workday experience in a cloud environment.
• Experience with workflow analysis and translating into software functionality.
• Proven project leadership in technology implementations.
• Able to work independently with initiative.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build high-quality Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core/ Cloud Connectors.
• Create and maintain advanced Workday reports and calculated fields.
• Write and maintain XSLT/XML transformations.
• Monitor integration schedules and troubleshoot failures during payroll cycles.
• Lead testing for Workday feature releases and tenant updates.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and vendors to map data requirements.
• Document business processes, specs, and test scripts.
• Stay current with Workday trends and related HR systems.
