Job summary

Ingredion is seeking a highly analytical Sr. Analyst, Digital Solutions & Workday Operations in Guadalajara, hybrid work model. You willsupport, administer, and optimize Workday HCM, Time & Attendance, and Payroll systems to deliver a superior employee experience.

You will collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, business stakeholders and technical teams, handling security, integrations, and data loads while driving continuous improvement and reporting enhancements.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM or a comparable HCM platform.
Experience with Workday HCM processes, reporting, EIBs, integrations, and security administration.
Knowledge of payroll and/or time and attendance systems.

Responsibilities

Support the administration and optimization of Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning, and Absence Management.
Manage Workday security, integrations, EIBs, data loads, audits, testing activities, and release support.
Support UKG Kronos Time & Attendance operations and troubleshoot system and integration issues.
Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making.
Participate in HR technology implementations, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with HR teams, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
Coach junior team members and contribute to knowledge management and process documentation.
