Job summary

Brown-Forman in Guadalajara seeks a Senior People Systems Specialist to lead Workday integrations and partner with global HR teams. You will design, implement, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connectors, while building advanced reports for audits.

You will map data, drive process improvements, and create technical specs and tests. 3+ years of Workday experience, strong English, and multitasking ability are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday design, configuration, training and support in a cloud environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to partner with global HR stakeholders and lead technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build high-quality Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core & Cloud Connectors.
• Create and maintain advanced Workday reports and calculated fields for audits.
• Develop and maintain XSLT/XML transformations per vendor specs.
• Monitor schedules, troubleshoot failures, and support users during payroll and enrollment.
• Lead testing for Workday releases and patches to keep processes running smoothly.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and vendors to map data and translate needs into solutions.
• Document business and system processes, specs, and test scripts.
