PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking a Senior Associate for Workday Finance to optimize clients’ financial operations, implement Workday solutions, and provide training and support across finance-focused applications. You will build client relationships, manage workstreams, and mentor junior teammates within PwC’s Digital Core Modernisation practice.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of Workday product experience.
• Currently pursuing or hold a Workday Pro certification.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Aufgaben

• Deliver Workday Finance consulting support across client workstreams, translating business needs into configured application solutions.
• Analyze finance processes, controls, and reporting requirements to support implementation and optimization efforts.
• Configure and test Workday Finance features, integrations, and data workflows to align with client operating models.
• Interpret client feedback and transaction data to identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements.
• Develop training materials and user guidance that support adoption of new finance application functionality.
• Coordinate issue resolution across technical and functional activities, tracking progress through implementation milestones.
• Review deliverables from junior team members and provide feedback to strengthen accuracy and consistency.
• Build client relationships by responding to questions, anticipating needs, and supporting discussions on project direction.
