Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a skilled Windows Administrator to join its infrastructure team in Mexico. The role requires mid to senior candidates with strong Windows infrastructure background and comfort troubleshooting independently.

You will work from Guadalajara, Queretaro, Mexico City, or Monterrey offices at least 3 days per week, supporting AD, VMware, M365, DNS, and authentication services. The position offers direct contract with probation and standard legal benefits.

Qualifications

5+ years of Windows systems/infrastructure administration experience.
Independent troubleshooting across AD, Windows Server, VMware, M365, and authentication systems.
Experience with ServiceNow, Okta, Citrix, and Azure is a plus.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
Active Directory administration, including users, groups, permissions, and LDAP.
VMware vSphere / ESXi / vCenter administration.
Microsoft 365 and Exchange administration.
PowerShell scripting and automation.
DNS and DHCP troubleshooting.
File server, NTFS, and shared-folder permissions.
ServiceNow incident and request management.
Okta / MFA / authentication troubleshooting.
Service account administration.
Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, ports, connectivity, and firewall troubleshooting.
Remote server administration and general infrastructure troubleshooting.
