Marsh seeks a Senior Analyst - Systems Administration in Mexico City. The role focuses on implementing and supporting core technical services and applications managed by the MMC Tech Domain 1.

You will act as escalation point, mentor teammates, and drive repeatable processes in a hybrid environment with at least three days in the office. You will handle Active Directory, M365, and back-end enterprise app support, with responsibilities spanning incident resolution, project leadership, and

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Windows Server Administration.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows PC OS and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with Active Directory objects, sites, services, trusts, replication, DFS, and core AD functions.
• Proficiency with M365 core applications, NTFS permissions management, and Windows server configuration.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and support back-end systems and applications.
• Act as technical lead and/or project manager for small to mid-size projects.
• Participate in initiatives across NERA, Actuarial, OWG Tech, and MMC Tech.
• Analyze trends and perform root cause analysis.
• Create knowledge and improve process efficiency.
• Communicate with the team and business stakeholders.
• Provide escalation support and back up Help Desk and local teams.
• Manage technology assets, patching, and provisioning.
• Mentor team members and provide leadership.
