Zebra is hiring a Senior Warehouse Associate in Queretaro, Mexico. You will manage receiving, inspections, and shipments with emphasis on accuracy and safety. The role involves operating forklifts and pallet jacks, training staff, and maintaining organized records in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong attention to detail in inventory management and order processing.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the receipt, inspection, and processing of shipments to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Coordinate order preparation and shipping with precision and timeliness.
• Handle advanced inventory management, resolving discrepancies and maintaining accurate records.
• Operate and oversee the safe use of warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Train team members on proper equipment use and safety procedures.
• Mentor and guide less experienced staff, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following safety protocols.
• Work with supervisors and team members to improve workflows and productivity.
• Take initiative to solve operational challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
