Job summary

You will lead the administrative function, participate in 3PL inventory movement and audits, and mentor staff to develop potential, with travel up to 40% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Serve as point of contact for escalated inquiries and issues, resolving them promptly.
• Lead and manage the administrative function within the warehouse department.
• Participate in 3PL inventory movement and accuracy.
• Participate in internal and external audit activities.
