Scale Up Recruiting Partners seeks a Senior Video Editor who thrives at the crossroads of creativity and client collaboration. You will lead post-production for high‑impact client work, serving as the daily contact for a large client and guiding projects from rough cut to final delivery.

You will translate client goals into compelling edits, collaborate with producers and directors, and help shape workflows for multiple productions while maintaining top‑tier storytelling and client relationships.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience in a production company, creative agency, brand, or similar environment.
• Outstanding storytelling instincts supported by a strong portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
• Advanced English (spoken and written). You should feel confident leading client meetings, presenting edits, and communicating directly with U.S. clients.
• Previous experience presenting work directly to clients and leading client conversations.
• Excellent written communication skills, including handling client emails and project correspondence.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

About The Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Video Editor – Client & Project Management who enjoys both the creative and client-facing sides of production.

You'll become the primary creative partner for one of the company's largest clients, leading projects from post-production through final delivery while serving as the day-to-day point of contact. Although your primary focus will be one key account, you'll also collaborate with the broader creative team on additional productions as opportunities arise.
