Position Overview: We are looking for a talented Content Production Specialist with a strong focus on video editing to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging short videos, static images, GIFs, reels, and stories that connect with our audience. This role demands creativity and technical skills to deliver original content that blends organic and branded styles while collaborating closely with our Video Director, Editor, Animator, and Production Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce 8 to 10 original video pieces per month that align with our creative vision.
• Create content that embodies both organic creator styles as well as branded messages.
• Collaborate with the video production team to ensure consistency and high-quality output.
• Adapt and localize visual assets to cater to Latin American audiences.
• Assist with on-site production tasks when necessary, ensuring smooth execution.
• Stay updated on trends and techniques in video editing to enhance content quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in video editing and content production for social media platforms.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong understanding of organic content creation and branding.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a creative team.
• Experience in localizing content for diverse audiences, particularly in LATAM.
