Scale Up Recruiting Partners is seeking a Senior Video Editor for a remote, long-term contractor role with a U.S.-based production client. The role focuses on leadership in post-production and direct client interaction, delivering high-quality branded content and narratives.

The successful candidate will manage a key account, oversee edits from rough cut to final delivery, and collaborate with a talented team across producers, directors, and designers.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience within a production company, creative agency, brand, or similar environment.
• Outstanding storytelling instincts supported by a strong portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
• Advanced English (spoken and written). You should feel confident leading client meetings, presenting edits, and communicating directly with U.S. clients.
• Previous experience presenting work directly to clients and leading client conversations.
• Excellent written communication skills, including handling client emails and project correspondence.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Responsabilidades

• Edit high-quality video content from rough cut through final delivery.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for one of the company's largest clients, leading meetings, presenting edits, gathering feedback, and building long-term relationships.
• Translate client goals and feedback into creative solutions and actionable production plans.
• Create motion graphics, title sequences, and graphic elements that enhance storytelling.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with producers, directors, cinematographers, designers, and other creative team members.
• Help maintain smooth project workflows and deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Represent the company professionally in every client interaction.
