VENTES Recruiting is seeking a Vibration Analyst in Monterrey to support predictive maintenance initiatives. You will collect and analyze vibration and temperature data at client sites, tailor processing to assets, and determine maintenance needs.

This role collaborates with product development, installation and customer support teams to evaluate machinery health, develop software models, and provide actionable, client-ready insights with clear alarm settings.

Formación

• Minimum of five years of experience with vibration data collection and analysis, ideally using FFT analyzers and predictive/preventative maintenance software.
• Valid ISO Category II or higher vibration certification preferred; continued certification expected.
• Strong understanding of electro-mechanical fundamentals, including AC induction and DC motors.
• Strong mechanical background with industrial equipment including compressors, turbines, blowers, pumps, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics.
• Proficient with vibration spectrum and time waveform analyzers; capability to propose corrective actions.

Responsabilidades

• Collect and analyze vibration and temperature data at client sites, tailoring processing to the asset and maintenance needs.
• Evaluate machinery health and determine maintenance actions based on data analysis.
• Develop software modeling and programs to maintain and expand vibration data analysis library.
• Provide clients with high-quality, actionable information and alarm level settings in analytical tools.
• Collaborate with product development, installation and support teams to deliver solutions.
