• Maintain in excellent shape the plant's mechanical equipment.
• Provide predictive and corrective maintenance.
• Improve Security through LOTO procedures.
• Perform improvements on the preventive maintenance.
• Audit autonomous maintenance using standard formats.
• Train operators to improve autonomous maintenance effectiveness.
• Oversee external contractors for predictive maintenance reports.
• Identify and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support risk assessments and EHS programs.
• Identify training needs in safety, health and environment.
