Job summary

Amazon Music is seeking a talented UX Designer to shape products and services for a global music audience. You will delight customers with user-centered design by solving problems and leveraging fans’ love for music.

As a senior contributor, you will lead end-to-end UX work across platforms, collaborate with engineers, PMs, researchers, and other designers, and continuously refine experiences through testing and research.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience.
• 3+ years delivering design solutions as UX designer or interaction designer.
• Available online portfolio.
• Experience prototyping (HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, Flash or Axure).
• Experience prototyping with Figma, Adobe CC, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design for projects across platforms touching Amazon Music experience.
• Oversee full design process: discovery, research, wireframes, high-fidelity mocks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to guide design direction.
• Iterate on multiple explorations to arrive at robust solutions.
• Validate designs through research and testing.
• Design for current experiences and future features.
• Stay current on UX/digital trends and innovations.
• Present work to executives, engineers, PMs and other designers.
