Everscale Group is seeking a seasoned UX/Product Designer to craft intuitive experiences for a complex SaaS product. You will collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to shape vision using research, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity Figma designs.

You will contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across interfaces, while conducting user research and usability testing to validate decisions and improve the product.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in UX or product design for SaaS.
• Mastery of Figma, design systems and component libraries.
• Experience in MarTech and user research methods (interviews, surveys, testing).
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and multitasking.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create intuitive, user-focused experiences that enhance engagement and value of the product.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to shape product vision through research, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Contribute to and evolve the company’s design system, ensuring consistency across interfaces.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design decisions.
• Advocate for user needs balanced with business and technical considerations.
