Brady de Mexico S de RL de CV in Tijuana seeks a Sr. Process Chemical Engineer (UV Inks & Coatings Specialist) to join our New Product Development team.

You will provide hands-on technical and process support for commercialized products and R&D concepts, collaborating with local NPD teams and R&D leadership in Milwaukee. Key responsibilities include applying UV-curable ink chemistry and flexographic processes, solving material defects, designing experiments (DOE), running plant trials to boost

Formación

• B.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in industrial product/process development with UV-curable inks.
• Fluent English and legal authorization to work in Mexico (US visa).

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and process support for commercialized products and R&D concepts.
• Collaborate with local NPD teams and R&D leadership in Milwaukee.
• Investigate defects with Plant Quality and scale issues to R&D as needed.
• Design experiments (DOE) and run plant trials to boost yield and quality.
• Document procedures for end-of-line testing and trial data.
