Johanson Technology Inc. in Tijuana, MX seeks a Process Engineer III for our Front-End Manufacturing to investigate root causes of failures, develop process controls, and monitor critical parameters.

You will drive yields, throughput, and cost reductions across milling, tape casting, and thick film processes. The role requires experience in medium to high volume manufacturing, Spanish and English fluency, and willingness to travel occasionally.

Formación

• Bachelor's of Science in Engineering (Ceramics and Materials, etc.).
• Experience in medium to high volume manufacturing with yield and quality improvements.
• At least three years' experience in ceramics formulation, thick film printing, lamination, and cutting.
• Proficient with MS Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, Project, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Able to commute to the Facility (company transportation provided at the Border).
• Occasional travel to corporate office in Camarillo, CA.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate root causes of failures and defects.
• Develop process controls and monitor critical process parameters.
• Drive the process to increase yields, throughput and reduce costs in milling, tape casting, thick film printing, lamination and cutting.
• Lead projects to introduce new technology to improve process performance and reduce costs.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and reset equipment for production use.
