ACCIONA ENERGY is seeking a Permitting and Regulatory Compliance Manager for Mexico to lead regulatory strategy and ensure project compliance across federal, state, and local frameworks.

The role requires coordinating with engineering, environmental, legal, and construction teams, plus government agencies to secure timely approvals and manage regulatory risk for cross-border projects.

Formación

• Proven years of experience in permitting, environmental compliance, or regulatory management.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure or water projects.
• Strong knowledge of Mexico regulatory frameworks and permitting processes.
• Experience working on cross-border or multinational infrastructure projects preferred.
• Relevant environmental or regulatory certifications in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement permitting and regulatory strategy for Mexico project components.
• Identify required permits, licenses, and approvals across environmental, water rights, land use, and coastal permits.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities, environmental agencies, and government entities to facilitate approvals.
• Coordinate with environmental and engineering teams to ensure designs align with permitting requirements.
• Manage external consultants responsible for environmental studies and permitting documentation.
• Ensure construction activities comply with permit conditions and regulatory approvals.
