A leading technology company in San Luis Potosí seeks a Senior Utility Engineer to lead the design and optimization of industrial utility systems in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical or related engineering, along with years of experience in utility engineering and facility design. This role includes mentoring junior engineers and ensuring systems comply with safety and industry standards. The position requires intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Formación

• Several years experience in utility engineering and industrial facility design.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional project teams.
• Experience leading medium to large CAPEX utility projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering for complex utility systems including steam, HVAC, and water treatment.
• Conduct advanced engineering studies and define technical criteria for modifications.
• Act as technical authority during design reviews and vendor meetings.
