SSOE, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer in León, Guanajuato to lead electrical design for large industrial facilities.

You will manage power distribution, lighting, grounding, and BIM coordination using Revit, while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with architectural, structural, and mechanical teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 13+ years in AEC, a Mexico professional license, and strong NEC/NFPA/IES knowledge.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 13+ years of relevant design experience in large industrial facilities.
• Mexico professional license (Título and Cédula) required.
• Proficiency with Revit/AutoCAD and BIM coordination.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and development of electrical systems for large industrial projects.
• Perform and review load calculations, short-circuit and coordination studies.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and mechanical teams to deliver coordinated designs.
• Mentor junior engineers and support project management and client engagement.
