EmergencyMD seeks a UKG Concierge Lead to ensure effective customer intake and resolution management. The role involves monitoring project statuses, client relationships, and operational documentation to guarantee service quality.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years' experience with UKG Pro WFM and/or Ready.
• End-to-end experience with Dimensions modules including Timekeeping and Absence.
• Strong operational organization and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage Concierge intake and resolution for assigned customers.
• Coordinate with non-Concierge resources to resolve gaps.
• Craft and communicate project blueprints.
