Chubb in Monterrey seeks experienced professionals to implement and support on-prem solutions and to lead our move to UCaaS and CCaaS cloud solutions. You will work with our infrastructure architecture and project teams to build, test, and deploy new solutions while crafting migration strategies to retire legacy technology.

The role requires deep UC/CC expertise with Cisco, Nice inContact, Genesys and Microsoft, plus hands-on deployment of top collaboration platforms.

Formación

• 5+ years relevant experience in UC/Contact Center environments.
• Understanding of design patterns for UC/CC solutions with Cisco, Nice inContact, Genesys and Microsoft.
• Experience deploying and supporting Nice inContact, CUCM, UCCE, WebEx Calling or similar.
• Proven troubleshooting skills in complex environments with third-party integrations.
• Experience with SIP trunking and TDM solutions and regional routing.
• Knowledge of QoS, routing, DHCP, DNS and packet capture troubleshooting.
• Security considerations for implementing collaboration services (firewalls, VPNs, certificates, encryption).
• Familiarity with Agile/SDLC/DevOps project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and documentation for stakeholders and technical teams.
• Self-starter who can work independently and in a distributed global team.
