Nielsen is seeking a results-oriented Transformation Project Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives across intake, scope, milestones, and delivery. The role emphasizes Lean, Six Sigma, and service-design principles to simplify processes and realize measurable savings.

You will coordinate with Transformation Leads, Product, Tech, Data Science, Operations, Training, and other stakeholders, driving alignment and ensuring practical, adopted changes across the organization.

Formación

• 5–10 years of experience in project management, process improvement, operations transformation, digital transformation, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; PMP certification preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional transformation and optimization initiatives from intake through implementation and transition to business-as-usual.
• Convert complex opportunities into clear project briefs, execution plans, and stakeholder communications; facilitate kickoff and maintain alignment through delivery.
• Diagnose and redesign end-to-end operational processes using Lean, process-improvement, and service-design principles.
• Translate transformation and savings opportunities into measurable requirements and success metrics; validate assumptions with stakeholders.
• Coordinate requirements, documentation, UAT, defect resolution, rollout, communications, training and support readiness, and post-deployment monitoring.
• Influence without formal authority, build consensus across global stakeholders, and raise risks with practical options.
• Serve as a resource to project teams and contribute to repeatable playbooks, templates, and ways of working.
