A leading IT services company is seeking a Senior Trading and Risk Solutions Director located in Mexico to lead presales and delivery for Trading and Risk solutions. This role requires a strong background in Capital Markets and significant leadership experience, along with an established network within North America and/or LATAM. The ideal candidate must have over 10 years of experience, with proven skills in project management and software integration. A full-time position with the possibility of regional travel is offered.

Formación

• 10+ years experience with minimum 3 years experience in Americas.
• Extensive experience of Capital Markets Platform (Murex, Calypso, Kondor, Orchestrade).
• Established network with c-levels at banks in North America and/or LATAM.
• Solid Software Integration background with successful end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong background in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Management Consulting.
• Strong background in Front Office/Risk Treasury Capital Markets.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive.
• Good Communicator in English - written and oral.
• Willingness to travel and work with a global team of professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for running Canada presales and delivery covering Trading and Risk solutions.
• Develop C-level relationships with clients and partners.
• Proactively identify opportunities for DXC Luxoft services.
• Work closely with sales teams to prepare service offers.
• Ensure high-quality delivery in collaboration with delivery teams.
• Motivate and develop the Delivery Management team.

Project Description: As part of our growth in Americas, we have a number of projects and initiatives starting and requiring senior leadership to be delivered and to execute our long term growth strategy in the region.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for running Canada presales and delivery covering our Trading and Risk solutions

Focus on

• Project Management, Technology Consulting, Software integration and Outsourcing
• Capital Markets and packaged software Murex, Adenza, Finastra and Orchestrade
• Responsible for margin and revenue targets for the Offerings scope
• Develop C-level relationships with clients and partners
• Proactively identify opportunities and position DXC Luxoft services catalogue
• Work closely with sales teams to prepare and present service offers
• Work closely with delivery teams to provide relevant expertise to clients and ensure high quality delivery
• Handling and resolution of escalations, both from clients and from Delivery Management team
• Addressing talent acquisition, people and project allocation issues
• Motivation, retention and competence development of subordinated Delivery Management team
• Collaborative work of Delivery Management team with operational and admin support
• Located in North America
• Regional travels to be planned as needed
• Installing the processes discipline, owns and drives mitigation of process risks & deviations, sets up and implements operating policies and procedures across all subordinated programs and Delivery Management team
