Project Description:

The platform is an industry-led electronic market trading, data, and analytics solution for loans, designed to grow trading volumes, increase liquidity, and remove barriers to entry for investors.

The platform aims to modernize and improve existing CLO trading protocols by providing electronic execution, advanced data and analytics, and connectivity for sell-side and buy-side clients.

This role is hybrid - requiring 2-3 days per week in the office.

Tech stack: Java, AWS, Kafka, Aurora, Postgres, React on UI

Responsibilities:

• Development and testing of business requirements
• Understanding business needs and creating technical backlog stories
• Collaborating with a team with diverse technical skills, sharing and listening to ideas
• Participating in sprint backlog, story writing, and grooming

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
• Experience with AWS cloud stack
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration
• Familiarity with Git and version control
• Experience with Microservice Architecture
• Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests
• Knowledge of continuous integration practices
• Experience with relational databases and ORM tools
• Knowledge of security best practices in backend development

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Oracle Certification
