Moltroq International in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, is seeking a Master Tool Maker to build, assemble, fit, and repair injection mold tooling to precise specifications. The role requires reading technical drawings and using manual machines to shape tooling components on-site.

You will perform adjustments, fine tuning, and preventive maintenance to keep molds operating at peak performance. Candidates should have hands-on toolmaking experience, blueprints/CAD literacy, and a safety- and quality-driven

Formación

• Strong skills in toolmaking, precision fitting, assembly and repair of injection molds.
• Reading drawings, blueprints, and CAD models with understanding of tolerances and GD&T.
• Hands-on experience operating manual equipment (milling machines, lathes, grinders, EDM) in a toolroom or mold-making environment.
• Knowledge of plastic injection molding processes, mold construction, materials, and tooling defect root cause analysis.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Build, assemble, fit and repair mold tooling to precise specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
• Operate manual machines (milling, lathe, grinders, EDM) in a toolroom or mold shop.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine adjustments to ensure mold performance.
