PwC México is seeking a Senior Associate in MX Thought Leadership to manage internal and external communications and corporate reputation within Internal Firm Services. You will shape messaging for employees, investors, and media while collaborating with PwC teams across geographies.

The role emphasizes developing strategies, managing content, and guiding communication initiatives to support PwC's mission and values in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in internal/external corporate communications roles.
• Oral and written English proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement communication strategies to align internal stakeholders with organizational goals and values.
• Manage editorial content and ensure alignment with the firm’s communication and branding standards for internal and external audiences.
• Create content focused on sustainability regulations, ESG topics, and related frameworks.
• Create content for the Assurance practice website to communicate processes, services, and methodologies.
• Utilize analytical thinking to interpret data and inform communication strategies and recommendations.
• Craft and deliver impactful content for speeches and copywriting across platforms.
• Collaborate with teams to conduct change impact analysis and support change management efforts.
• Engage with stakeholders to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external parties.
• Apply project management skills to oversee communication projects and initiatives.
• Adapt communication strategies to evolving organizational needs and provide coaching to enhance skills.
