Robert Bosch Group is seeking a processes engineer to implement and sustain manufacturing improvements. You will define equipment and process for new products, validate installations, and create training materials for technicians.

• Experience in design, development, fabrication, assembly and test of power electronics.
• Ability to work in cross‑functional, global teams.
• Fluent English; Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implement, maintain and improve manufacturing processes.
• Ensure technical availability of equipment across all shifts; meet Value Stream KPIs (IDC, FOR, Technical Downtime).
• Lead new product introduction: equipment/process definition, acquisition, validation, installation in production.
• Develop procedures and training materials; document processes for preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
