Robert Bosch Group Queretaro Plant seeks a Maintenance Engineer to ensure reliability of production equipment by driving proactive maintenance strategies. You will collaborate with Production, Processes, and Quality to boost overall equipment effectiveness and lead root-cause analyses for durable improvements.

The role requires a strong foundation in electromechanical systems, PLCs, and robotics, with TPM experience and a proactive mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, PLCs, and robotics.
• Proficiency reading electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Familiar with TPM (Corrective, Preventive, Predictive) and structured problem-solving (8D, Shainin).

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage, and optimize data-driven preventive and predictive maintenance programs (TPM).
• Collaborate with Production, Processes and Quality to boost equipment performance.
• Lead root cause analyses to implement long-term solutions and prevent recurrence.
• Provide technical leadership and manage spare parts strategy for critical components.

Job Description

To guarantee the reliability of our production equipment by driving a proactive maintenance strategy. This role focuses on preventing issues, executing problem-solving, and collaborating closely with Production, Processes, and Quality to boost overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Main Responsibilities

• Drive Proactive Maintenance: Develop, manage, and optimize data-driven preventive and predictive maintenance programs (TPM) to anticipate failures.
• Collaborate for Improvement: Act as the key maintenance partner for Production, Processes, and Quality teams to enhance equipment performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of equipment failures to implement robust, long-term solutions and prevent recurrence.
• Provide Technical Leadership: Offer high-level support for complex equipment issues and manage spare parts strategy for critical components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, PLCs, industrial controls, and robotics.
• Proficient in reading electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Familiar with TPM principles (Corrective, Preventive, Predictive) and structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, Shainin).
