Flex is seeking a Test Engineer based in GDL South to develop, implement, and optimize test solutions for quality and efficiency. You will lead test programs and fixtures, analyze data, and support production integration with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years in electronics test engineering, strong troubleshooting, and experience with ICT, AOI, X-ray, and automation tools. English proficiency and collaboration skills are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Test Engineering within electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with electronic test equipment, troubleshooting, and manufacturing test environments.
• Knowledge of test software development, automation, and hardware integration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, support, and improve test hardware, software, fixtures, and test processes.
• Analyze test data, troubleshoot failures, and drive root cause actions.
• Coordinate test development with external suppliers and fixtures.
• Create documentation and reports for test programs.
