Job summary

Flex is seeking a Production Engineer to develop, maintain, and improve test and burn-in processes in our manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with engineering and maintenance to ensure reliability, safety, and quality while driving process improvements across lines.

Candidates typically have an associates degree or military technical training and about 6 years of related experience; strong reading of drawings, use of testing tools, and ability to train others are valued.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains and improves all test and burn-in processes within area of responsibility.
• Periodically reviews process specifications to reflect requirements and test techniques.
• Ensures test and burn-in processes meet safety specifications.
• Reviews quality yields and drives corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Assists engineering and labs with new product introduction and development.
• Coordinates maintenance and training/certification for processes.
