Flex is a leading contract manufacturer seeking a qualified technician to own test and burn-in processes. You will develop, maintain, and improve all test and burn-in operations across the line, ensuring safety specs and high yields.

The role requires coordinating preventive maintenance, assisting engineering and labs, and training staff with certification packages. You will troubleshoot at multiple system levels and support equipment moves as needed.

Formación

• Requires an Associates degree or military technical training or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of related experience.
• Strong technical and diagnostic abilities with hands-on testing.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, maintains and improves test and burn-in processes.
• Reviews specifications to reflect process requirements and tests.
• Coordinates preventive maintenance and equipment moves; assists engineering labs.
• Facilitates training/certification packages for staff.
