Job summary

Flex is seeking an experienced technician to perform setup, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and assemblies in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent and typically 8 years of related experience, with advanced technical skills and the ability to move between projects. You will operate various test instruments and may lead colleagues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot circuits and components.
• Perform hand set-ups for digital tests.
• Record information on repairs and discrepancies.
• Operate test equipment including oscilloscopes, pulse generators, meters, and power supplies.
• Participate in meetings and trainings as required.
