Job summary

Accenture PLC in Monterrey invites a Test Automation Senior / SDET to join a team delivering automated testing and quality engineering for international projects. You will work with modern automation frameworks and collaborate with experts worldwide to implement robust testing pipelines.

The role requires hands-on experience with WebdriverIO/Selenium/Playwright/Cypress and programming in Java, Python, or JavaScript. This position follows a hybrid model with three in-office days weekly.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a Test Automation Senior / SDET professional with experience in Test Automation and Quality Engineering.
• Mandatory Skills Test Automation & Quality Engineering: automation frameworks such as WebdriverIO, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, REST Assured.
• Nice to have AI-powered automation: Kiro / Cursor.
• Location: Monterrey; Hybrid work model with at least 3 days in the office.
