Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our Monterrey team. You will design test strategies for REST APIs and backend systems, translate requirements into actionable test plans, and lead functional, integration, and regression testing.

You will collaborate with DevOps and developers to improve processes and drive automation across CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate has 7–11 years of experience in automation testing, with Selenium or Cucumber and a track record of leading testing

Qualifications

• 7–11 years of experience in QA/testing leadership.
• Experience designing test strategies for REST APIs and backend systems.
• Automation testing expertise across web, mobile and/or backend.
• Ability to translate requirements into detailed test plans and cases.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test strategies for RESTful APIs and back-end systems.
• Translate product requirements into detailed test plans and test cases.
• Execute functional, integration, regression and accessibility testing.
• Monitor results, report defects, and drive resolution.
• Collaborate with development, product and DevOps to improve testing.
• Drive automation best practices and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
