CRH Talento en IT is seeking a Senior Project Manager for E-Commerce projects in CDMX. The role requires defining scope, leading cross-functional teams, and coordinating with international executives in English.

You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, implement or migrate platforms (Magento/Adobe, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, VTEX, Shopify Plus) and ensure on-time delivery within budget in a hybrid setup.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Senior Project Manager with proven E‑Commerce leadership using Waterfall.
• Knowledge of MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira.
• Experience implementing or migrating E‑Commerce platforms (Magento/Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, VTEX, Shopify Plus).
• Experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle), WMS, payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal), logistics.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Frontend/Backend, UX/UI, Digital Marketing, Operations/Logistics).
• Experience in risk control, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
• Advanced English (C1/C2) for communication with international executives.
• Highly structured, meticulous profile with long-term planning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define project scope and design the complete plan before development.
• Create and manage WBS with sequential phases: Requirements → Design → Development → Testing/QA → Launch.
• Administer schedules using Gantt charts with dependencies and timelines.
• Lead implementation or migration projects for E-Commerce platforms.
• Coordinate integration of the online store with ERP, inventory, payment gateways, and logistics.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure effective communication and objectives.
• Control risks and scope changes, guaranteeing adherence to budget.
• Report financial progress, status, and risks to international stakeholders in English.
