Appian is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant in Mexico City, hybrid role, to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise systems for the Public Sector. You will steer SDLC, mentor junior consultants, architect integrations, and drive platform adoption with stakeholders.

3+ years in software development or consulting, US citizenship for project clearance, and travel up to 10% are required. You will work with REST/SOAP/JDBC, design relational data models, and collaborate in Agile teams to deliver

Formación

• U.S. Citizenship required for Public Sector projects.
• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of hands-on software development or technical implementation consulting.
• Proven passion for mentoring others and experience leading small teams.
• Foundational understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, database design, and SQL.
• Willingness to travel 10% or less annually.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Project Delivery: Oversee and drive the entire software development lifecycle to define, design, and implement custom automation solutions using the Appian platform.
• Mentor & Develop Talent: Lead, coach, and mentor junior consultants through fast-paced software implementations.
• Architect Integrations: Build data pipelines and APIs using REST, SOAP, and JDBC connections.
• Drive Data Modeling: Design relational data models in production environments with SQL development.
• Partner in Agile Environments: Collaborate within cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.
• Empower Stakeholders: Work with technical teams and business users to drive platform adoption.
