Formación

• 7–10+ years of experience in technology leadership and solution architecture roles.
• Experience developing end-to-end enterprise solutions as a solution architect with business and technology delivery teams.
• Strong background in financial services, consumer lending, and highly transactional systems.
• Proven experience designing cloud architectures (AWS and/or Azure).
• Extensive experience with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of modeling, IAM, databases, integration, scalability, high availability, disaster recovery, resiliency and security.
• Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and mentorship.

Responsibilities

The Technical Principal Architect plays a critical role in bridging technical expertise with business objectives. Acting as a recognized technical authority and architect, this role influences strategic alignment for vehicle retail loan systems, driving innovation, operational excellence, and business value. The role requires close collaboration with senior leaders, strong architectural ownership, and active promotion of continuous improvement and modern engineering practices.
