Formación

What You Will Do

• Own the technical direction and execution of full-stack data products and pipelines.
• Guide engineers and developers in applying best practices across ELT, pipeline orchestration, semantic modeling, and cloud optimization.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and accountability in data delivery.
• Oversee data product delivery, ensuring quality, traceability, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Define and enforce standards for data quality, lineage, validation, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data infrastructure and architecture teams to develop and follow company standards and best practices.
• Partner with Product Owners to align user stories and backlog items with technical capacity and architecture principles.
• Work with global and regional teams to scale platform capabilities and innovate in data delivery.
• Coordinate with Cloud and Security teams to ensure compliance and efficiency in cloud and infrastructure design.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong experience in cloud-native architecture, preferably GCP.
• Deep understanding of data platforms, APIs, and scaling.
• Proficiency in data pipeline orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of data governance, quality control, testing, monitoring, and CI/CD in data environments.
• Experience leading large tech teams across regions and functions, such as data engineers, architects, and BI developers.
• Proven track record in managing and delivering large-scale data products.
• Business-oriented with a hands-on technical background.
• Excellent communication, influence, and team development skills.
• Strategic vision with the ability to lead through complexity.
• Organizational influence and negotiation skills.
• Business-centric thinking combined with technical depth.
