The candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge AI solutions while collaborating with technical and executive teams. This full-time position focuses on leveraging advanced techniques in ML, including Vector Search and Large Language Models, to enhance company offerings.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying ML models.
• Hands-on experience with Google Vertex AI (AutoML, pipelines, endpoints).
• Understanding of the full ML lifecycle: training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring.

We’re seeking a Senior AI Engineer (L4) with strong Python skills and hands-on experience using advanced ML tools in Google Cloud, especially Vertex AI and Vector Search techniques. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills—capable of translating complex ML solutions into clear messages for both technical and executive stakeholders.

Must-Have Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying ML models.
• Proficient in Python for ML (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Google Vertex AI (AutoML, pipelines, endpoints, etc.).
• Practical knowledge of Vector Search and Vector Embeddings (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus).
• Understanding of the full ML lifecycle: training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• College Degree

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) or generative AI applications.
• High proactiveness in identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
• Strong technical communication skills for collaborating with engineers and data teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.

Location: Mexico & Colombia (Colombian candidates must follow Mexico’s working hours and calendar)
