The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in SQL, Python, and building data pipelines. Formación

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior/Lead Data Engineer, you will shape the data foundations that drive advanced analytics and empower millions of people to find jobs worldwide. In this role, you’ll influence large-scale data strategy, work with global teams, and contribute to impactful solutions in a collaborative and innovative culture. With challenging projects, growth opportunities, and a strong engineering community, this is a chance to lead and make a real difference in the data engineering space.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build consolidated data foundations and dashboards to support workforce analytics;
• Develop single sources of truth for business data, ensuring data accuracy and consistency;
• Implement and optimize data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics platforms;
• Enable advanced analytics and data science use cases, including anomaly detection, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.

MUST HAVES

• 10+ years of experience in SQL (Snowflake/Cloud platform: AWS preferred);
• 10+ years of experience in Python;
• 10+ years of experience in workflow orchestration and building end-to-end data pipelines (Airflow, GitHub, etc.);
• 10+ years of experience in strong data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT frameworks (foundational design for long-term data usage);
• 10+ years of experience in data monitoring and troubleshooting preferred;
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

• Strong PMO background;
• Self-starter with a strong ability to guide/lead self and/or team on projects;
• Ability to strategize and lead complex data analysis, working with business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand and match their strategic and operational needs;
• Exceptional ability to distill complex data into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management (CEO, VP, SVP).
