Formación

• 5+ years in Data Engineering / Data Architecture with GCP expertise.
• Experience in Retail/CPG/eCommerce and BI/KPI frameworks is highly valued.
• GCP certifications (Professional Data Engineer, Cloud Architect) are a plus.

What you’ll do

• Architect & build scalable data pipelines on GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Composer, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, etc.).
• Define and implement data architecture strategies (data lakes, warehouses, governance, security).
• Lead data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and optimize queries & infrastructure for performance and scalability.
• Establish and enforce data governance & quality frameworks, ensuring compliance and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor teams, and promote best practices in architecture and coding.
• Collaborate closely with product, BI, and business teams to align data solutions with strategic objectives.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in Data Engineering / Data Architecture, with proven GCP expertise.
• Strong background in data modelling, ETL frameworks, and governance principles.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform / IaC.
• Skilled at optimizing BigQuery workloads and building high-performance data ecosystems.
• Leadership mindset: experience mentoring agile teams and communicating complex architectures clearly.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data/Information Management or related field.
• GCP certifications (Professional Data Engineer, Cloud Architect) are a plus.
• Experience in Retail/CPG/eCommerce and BI/KPI frameworks is highly valued.
