Plasticos Castella SA seeks a professional to translate business strategy into work programs for a defined customer account, managing relationships and guiding teams. You will independently handle complex, cross-functional tasks and provide comprehensive solutions while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate should show leadership potential, solid project and logistics knowledge, and financial acumen.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required (Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or Business Management preferred).
• 1–3 years work-related experience, preferably in Financial or Manufacturing Operations.
• Willingness to begin MBA or equivalent degree within 2–3 years.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a piece of customer relationship with direct interaction.
• Prepare materials for RFP responses.
• Prepare commercial claims and assist forecast/variance process.
• Support Business Unit Managers in day-to-day needs and workcell management.
• Support QBR process and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide indirect leadership to junior positions.
